Great location next to Gare St Lazare and metro.
Large room on floor 7 with very good air-conditioning.
Very good daily maintenance.
YOU NEED TO IMPROVE THE SHOWER, TO MUCH WATER FALLS ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE THE SHOWER SCREEN IS TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE

This branch of Timhotel chain was a perfect location for us as we stayed in Paris to see a performance in Palais Garnier. It was just 8 minutes walk from our hotel. Very friendly English speaker receptionists. The room and especially the shower was tiny but served well for one night. A bit noisy overnight, probably because of the great location; you can't get a quiet room in the middle of the busiest part of the city. A very good choice for the price; I would definitely recommend it.

THE JOB OF RECEPCIONIST IS 100 %. THEIR BEHAVIOR, HELP AND GOOD TREATMENT TO THE CLIENTS SHALL BE HIGHLY RECOGNIZED.

The room is good, but the bathroom and specially the shower box are terrible. It's impossible to take a comfortable and relaxing bath in such a minimum and confined space.

I request a room where the wifi would work. I got the room 706 where the wifi connection didn't work at all. Also bathroom in the room 706 was a disappointment. Water of the shower was boiling hot or ice cold and you couldn't find the comfortable warm water. Also the electric plug next to the bed didn't work. I said those problems to the reception staff and they promised to check the room. Next day nothing had happened. I said those problems again to the reception and they promised to check the room. In the 2nd day still nothing had happened. I said the problems again to the reception and then I got a new room 705. Room 705 was perfect without any problems. The young boy who gave us the new room was very nice and polite.

Small room, but good setup. Air conditioner worked great, which isn't always guaranteed in Paris and was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable bed and sheets. Plenty of natural light from the interior courtyard. I'd definitely stay again for the price.

We arrived and had to squash into the tiny elevator which we only found due to sheer luck as it was hidden under the stairs, the door to get in was tiny and kept closing on us, the elevator itself was a nightmare and something I will not miss . No one to take out luggage up to our room and the lady on the desk was extremely rude when we requested an extra towel and mug as there was 3 of us and we're only supplied with enough for 2 (we were not given an extra mug just tiny paper cups). The room itself was quite small however nicer than we expected. The bathroom was very dated and the hairdryer provided was horrible. Not much lifting in the room and most of the lamps didn't work. the included breakfast was nice with a lot of different options. When it came to our checkout time the elevator happened to be out of order so we had to drag our suitcases down 7 flights of stairs with very reluctant help from reception.
Over all not the worst hotel but I wouldn't recommend it either.

Great location and friendly staff, but basic interior in need of refurbishment. Expensive.

Decent rooms, but very small. The bed was not very good at all. Clean.

The hotel is too old, although it seems to have been refurbished and renovated. The main entrance is strange, old, does not give a good first impression of the installations. The lift is extremely small.
