Great shop, friendly staff with well spec'd, well maintained road bikes in Morzine. I needed an XL frame which Torico provided with no issues. They were really friendly and set my bike up with obvious care and checked it in front of me. But the best bit is a few days later I'd hired a bike from another shop (as Torico didn't have an XL available) which had a problem with the pedals. I popped into Torico for some help (!!) and borrowed their pedals which they fitted to someone else's bike. Borrowed, not hired. Very cool guys, very cool.

I was charged for the full price of the broken part, though the failure was clearly due to a defective mech or poor maintenance, and then had no bike for the rest of the day. On that basis I cannot recommend hiring from Torico at all; save yourself the risk and go elsewhere.

My friends rented me a full sus bike from Torico for my birthday since I'd been tackling the trails of Morzine on my hardtail and bouncing all over the place.

Absolutely awesome service from these guys, they built up my bike for a reasonable price and also offered great impromptu fix up when my enduro bike (NS Snabb) had issues throughout the 2016 season.

Good guys, told a group of first timers where to have a great day. I damaged my bike and I just had to pay for the part at shop cost. Would definitely rent from them again!

I thought it was a great gift, but after only 10 minutes of gentle uphill riding on the Ports du Soleil trail the rear mech snapped, leaving the bike useless for the rest of the day -- we had to take the chain off and coast it back down to the shop.

High standard MTB rental. Not cheap but bike was serviced daily which kept it in top condition throughout the week. Recommended.

Great service great equipment. Simple

On top of that hired 3 bikes over various dates and couldn't fault them, the bikes were bang on. 100% recommend
