Great place to spend some time just relaxing and people watching. The view is really nice. I enjoyed a lot sitting on a chair, of the lots of public ones there, spending some time enjoying Paris's iconic place.

Beautiful gardens that seem to go on forever. You need at least 2 hours to walk through but I recommend at least 3 to enjoy it. There are many fountains and it's almost a maze to conquer. I also recommend you grab a map of the gardens that have the best route to take for a morning or afternoon walk through them. Amazing!

I was hesitant to check out one of the most visited gardens in the world, but Tuileries is popular for good reason. The landscape of the park is glorious, balanced with plenty of space for walking or running around. The benches are laid out in peculiar ways. And eventually, the garden leads beautifully to the Louvre.

These are huge gardens with some really neat views. There are squared off trees that offer a huge shaded area as well as large grassy areas.

Good for walks. Be aware of pickpockets while sitting in the benches or chairs (I've seen 2 pickpockets persecutions, and FYI the thief was well dress, so don't trust people getting closer to your stuff). The field is not good for jogging. Good sunset view on the other side of l'orangerie.

The Tuileries are some of the most delightful gardens in all of Paris. Grab a picnic lunch, a nice bottle of wine and a loved one and enjoy the serenity of these peaceful gardens.

Given all the beauty and touristy options in Paris, especially around this District, this park remains my favorite for the relaxing part of busy days. We always bring a book or magazines for a much-needed break from all the walking and gawking, take a lounge chair under the trees, soak in the incredible views and enjoy a good read and a nap. The two parameter restrooms provide a nice, long walk to break up the time ... which seems to stop when we get settled in.

Very nice garden in the most touristic place of Paris. Normally full with people. A great place to go in a nice day. Bring your book or child. And enjoy the nice garden and the views of few of the world's best museums around.

It was a lovely little place to walk around or relax for the day. However, I was not a fan of the street vendors trying to forcefully sell you things in the park. But that is near the entrances, I don't believe they are allowed to sell inside the actual park. So once inside it is lovely. The Louvre is right in walking distance and there are shops surrounding the entire garden.

This is a nice place to go for a walk or just hang out for a while, perfect for after a visit to the Louvre.

Great in summer. Lots of places to sit and enjoy in peace. They also had a fair going on at one corner of the garden when we visited there the last time. There were small rides, shops selling ice cream etc. Really fun and relaxing for the whole family.

A very beautiful huge garden in the heart of Paris. You can enter the Louvre from here. Great for a walk. Or to sit and watch the world go by. Or watch silly tourists posing to be able to put their finger in the glass pyramid of the Louvre.
Nice outdoor junk food. If you are lucky you might get to hear some superb busking.
A place to relax and unwind and be French!
Right now there are some public works going on so a lot of its beauty is not apparent... It is still a fabulous place to go to.

Everything. The setting. The size. Many flowers. Good public restrooms. Many ponds to sit at. French people to watch. Love it.

The gardens are very pretty. Even in winter. A perfect place for a stroll. On one end you see the Louvre and the other a giant ferris wheel (Dec 2017). There is a nice cafe on the ground as well which serves tasty hot chocolate to warm you up after a nice cold walk. Well worth the visit/exploration.

This garden is immense. probably 12-14 large city blocks. It is divided into quite a number of smaller and larger areas...some have restaurants, some have statues and benches, some have lawns surrounded by flower beds. There is a carousel. There is a playground. There is a large promenade from one end to the other. There is an immense fountain with a built in seating on it's edges and dozens of benches and chairs around it. The fountain area has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower.

Relaxing garden. People go there to busk in the sunlight, read, eat or have a chat. Wish I could live in Paris and come here often to enjoy the atmosphere. There are chairs around the pond which you can grab to sit and get on with whatever you came here to do. The best thing would be to enjoy a refreshing drink and read a book.
