Home brew pasta freshly made in front of you by skilled cooks, what's not to like? The system might be confusing for new customers, but once you get the hang of it, you'll keep coming back. Great, simple Italian food for open minded people.

The food was good, but my ravioli with cherry tomatoes only had two half tomatoes on it, so that was disappointing. The pasta was also a bit too al dente for my taste. My biggest issue with this place is the way the service is set up. Standing in line for 30 minutes to wait for people to have their food cooked in front of them, carrying your food to your table (while also carrying your purse etc.), and then having to wait another ten minutes in a new line to get water... it was too much. The food was cold by the time we could sit down to eat it. Also, the price was VERY high (14.50 for vegetarian ravioli at lunch time) and the portion too small. The good part was the nice ambiance and decor. I will not be going back.

Fancy restaurant where Vanilla Pudding is called Pana Cotta and Wok Noodles are called Pasta. Much Ado about Nothing...

You can order in english here, pizzas and pastas are very tasty and 10 bucks enough to be full

Bad experience. We have wated exactly one hour for one pizza. For the pasta we had to stand in line for one hour as well. The salad came out immediately so one of us finished his food befor us all. As i said bad bad bad experience. We don't recommend waiting so long and no one told us thats what is going to be.

We ordered: pasta, pizza, salad and risotto. The pasta and risotto where not good at all. On the bright side, the pizza was good and there is plenty of seating space in a bright dining room surrounded by windows and with plenty of light.

An exceptionally bad Vapiano, to be honest. One of the more expensive Italian red wines (DOCG) tastes like water. Our pizza was laying on their counter for more then half an hour, while our buzzer didn't ring (forgot, oops!). The restaurant was not even half full and they couldn't manage to get clean large beer glasses (we'll charge you 2 more expensive small ones). Most of the crew (except some motivated people) were unfriendly and have no clue about how to talk to customers. And if you'd like to enjoy a late diner, keep in mind cleaning starts already at 0930pm, while the restaurant should still be open for one more hour...

We entered the restaurant as it announced gluten-free pasta outside. When we got to order they said there was no gluten free pasta and the only gluten free option was the risotto. This after queuing 15 minutes to request our order, as they do it right in front of you.

I find their food very delicious and fresh, their staff were helpful and good place to eat at night .

The food is excellent. Dinning area is very nice and big, with an fairly large outside area. Although, their cushions outside need a bit of cleaning. And the wait for the pasta dishes can be long, but they are made right in front of you.
