C'est LE parc naturel régional de France, à faire de long en large et en travers avec une palette de paysages phénoménale. Sans oublier la faune et la flore pour les amateurs d'observations naturelles.

Awesome scenery. A lovely limestone featured area, different to the Alps. Of course it's unspoiled and lots to do.

Wonderful secluded landscapes. You can opt for day hikes from one of the entrance points of the natural reserve, or go all in and sleep in the park. With option 1, be ready for a challenging 1hour climb up the mountain to get inside the park, and the same going down. Option 2 offers more freedom but you'll have to take your sleeping gear (tent, etc) with you, plus the food for multiple days. Even in summer it can get cold at night (close to freezing). There are water points but, like the paths, it sometimes take a little guessing to figure them out. You will enjoy it more if you come prepared but it's totally worth it. On most days we ran across 15 hikers max, the rest was pure nature with beautiful and varied landscapes.

Great national park, easy to reach because of many parking places around and nearby. You find pure nature with many animals and seldom flowers together with absolute silence and healthy air. Great also for photographers, 1001 scenes are waiting to get photographed. A lot of more or less large huts allow trekking tours over several days.

Very beautiful region to have a tour on bike or on foot. You can have spectacular views over Grenoble. I recommend a tour.

It is not too busy in summer and the region is very beautiful. There are a lot of trails

Stunning views of the exceptional Mont Aiguille. Remarkable plateaus of limestone interspersed with conifer trees. Very hot and arid across the plateaus, not a single stream and an astonishing amount of bothersome flies...but worth the hike!
