Reception staff was very nice and breakfast was basic but thats to be expected for a 2 star hotel but cleanliness is not to be compromised on.

Hotel is clean, but there is no air conditioning. The rooms were barely liveable at night as the rooms were too hot. Also the staff would not refill the soap, even after repeated demands. Would not go there again.

The place is not the best but it is only 2 stars BUT that is hardly my problem. We stayed in room 306 and were bitten horribly by bed bugs. I thought I had an allergic reaction but when i thought about it there were blood splatter marks on the white sheets in the morning. I reported to reception and new linen was provided but same thing next morning. Only after we left hotel (3 night stay) did i realise it was bed bugs and the the rash and itch from hell started.

Rooms were small, bathroom was very small, not much room for anything other than sleeping. They were nice enough rooms, but walls were very thin, we could hear people entering and exiting the hallway. Staff were all pleasant enough.

We arrived and ten minutes later a purse was stolen INSIDE THE HOTEL. The receptionists told us that we will be able to watch the security footage. Half an hour later, they told us that if we wanted to see it, we would need to go to the police. Save yourself a problem and go yo another good hotel, there are plenty. If I could, I would qualify it with 0 points.

I hope they exterminate room 306 and the rest of the hotel for that matter.

Good hotel. Don't expect to much, it is only 2 stars. Take it as a place to sleep and recharge for the next day of exploring.
