Very lovely grounds and facilities. Breakfast was great, as was the bar. Room was clean and orderly. Highly recommend for anyone staying for Disney. Thermostat did not give great control of room temp. This was worth a star.

We booked a double room with garden view, we ended up with a family room and view over the car park, above the bins, which was really noisy when glass being emptied in at 11.00 pm. Rooms were exceptionally hot with no working air conditioning.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet at night. No problems sleeping, beds were comfortable as well. The only problem we had was the time it took us to check in. The woman who checked us in was lovely but we were there for at least half an hour. We also had a problem where our key cards stopped working and it took 20 minutes to see someone at reception. They had the problem resolved very quickly but it took too long to queue.

Excellent venue we booked as VIPs and received complete VIP treatment the whole time we were there and made to feel very welcome!

Very nice hotel, plenty of space. Room and bathroom are big and clean, nice views, great beds, great value for money too. Convenient shuttle bus to the Disneyland Park/train station. About 45 minutes by train to Paris central area. About 50 Euro by Uber to the airport. I wish I have stayed here during the whole visit to Paris.

A very nice Hotel but at that price I expected a little more. We were 4 in our room but only got two or 3 towels to dry off after a shower. Breakfast was great for those who love savoury food (eggs, bacon, sausages etc.) But for a sweet tooth no cakes, just mini croissants and similar.
On the positive side, the no. 54 bus comes right up to the front door of the hotel and gets you to Disneyland in 5 min. It's free too. The atmosphere at the hotel was very nice and although we didn't use the pool, it looked great.
On the whole a good Hotel.

Great hotel, very clean family room, had to have a cot delivered to the room and it came right up no problems. Nice touch having a swimming pool (kid friendly) 25-30 minute walk.to Disneyland otherwise a Disney express bus every 15 minutes. Disney tickets available at the front desk. My only improvement would be the morning breakfast buffet could be a tad better. But deserved of its 4**** rating! Be back again!

Hotel was great. Food was good, staff friendly and rooms clean and tidy.

I would stay again but stressing at arrival I require the room I booked and paid for.

Perfect for a stay outside of Paris and near the Disneyland Paris. The rooms are big, every day cleaned up and you all with "castle decor".
DON'T miss the massive breakfast buffet (it's big and yummy!), the spa section (indoor pool and massages and fitness center) and the great view from the terrace.!
There is a free shuttle to Disneyland every 20 minutes directly from outside the hotel, which takes around 15 minutes to get there. a little Disney gifts hop is in the hotel. When you want to book something, just ask the staff, they are really helpful and even for non French speakers or with bad English they can understand you ;)

This hotel was nice. However, the lobby is a big open area with video games and a pool of plastic balls for kids to play in. The lobby is loud with little kids running around and it's chaotic almost all throughout the day. The rooms AC was useless. The beds were decent and there was a bus to take guest to the park. Not a horrible place to stay depending on what kind of experience you're looking for. Lastly, Anna (a front desk employee) was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was extremely helpful to my family when we had an incident during our stay.

Great place to stay, brilliant views and the rooms were great. Very clean and spacious. My only complaint would be the breakfast food, as the eggs were a bit undercooked and the bacon was cold. Other than that we loved it :)
