The lights in the entire downstairs area of the room had no covers, so you are staring at exposed light bulbs. Pretty low quality look to the rooms, and both smelled.

4 nuits passées pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Accueil chaleureux, petits déjeuners excellents et copieux, appartement propre et bien aménagé. Serviettes de bain changées tous les jours. Poubelles vidées. Un petit bémol pour les nids de poule sur les chemins d'accès...

Nous avons loué un studio double, pour deux, pour un prix très raisonnable , nous aimons être à l'aise, avoir notre confort. Même si les espaces extérieur n'avaient pas un air "achevé" , Le studio était bien entretenu spacieux et propre, nous étions absolument satisfait, et recommandons cette location.

We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but could only handle one, then we switched to another hotel. When we checked out with our complaints, they really didn't seem to care at all....

Ideally sited accommodation on the outskirts of Amboise. Friendly and helpdul staff and lovely rooms.

WiFi worked in the first room, but not at all in out replacement room. We had to walk near the reception area (outside) to use WiFi. A little bit misleading since their website says free WiFi in the rooms. But clearly it only works in some of the rooms.

C'est terrible!

I read another review who mentioned too many ants, and they are right! We had dinner outside on the restaurant patio the first night and although the food was acceptable, there were constantly ants crawling all over the table and mamy more all over the ground.

It was clean and tidy, but hot water did not work in my apartment, they tried to fix.

Good choice if you travel by car.

The rooms were also very hot due to none of them having air conditioning.

Terrible place. First room they gave us (which was a few minutes walk outside from reception) smelled of garbage and had ants crawling all over the kitchen counters. They gave a second room (which was a 5 minute walk outside away from the reception area) and although there were no ants inside the second room, there was a smell in the second room as well (more like a dead rodent smell.....). The distance from the parking lot to reception, then to your room is a very long walk. They do allow you to drive your luggage to your room, but don't want you to park there (many do anyway because it seems ridiculous not too...).
