So glad to have stumbled upon this place while shopping in Paris!! My husband and I enjoyed the ease of selecting either a taste, half or full glass of wine in the unique, vending-like setup. You preload a card with any amount of money (we ended up adding more during our visit, it is easy to do), browse the wines along the walls and push buttons for the wine to be dispensed into your glass... a fun experience! Staff was extremely welcoming and offered assistance without being pushy. We enjoyed a few glasses of wine and a meat and cheese platter in their comfortable, chic, relaxing downstairs area to take a break from our shopping excursion. I would highly recommend a visit for wine enthusiasts or even those less familiar with wines, as the atmosphere is friendly, fun and a great place to explore wines from many regions of France. They even have organic options and prices are very reasonable. We tasted about 15 wines and had 2 full glasses each, spending around 40 euro. Virginie even suggested a wonderful location for dinner not far from the shop when we asked for a recommendation. If you have an extra hour in Paris while shopping.. stop in. You will not be disappointed!

Great choice of wines that you can sample in varying quantities (small/ medium/ large) using a card that's topped up beforehand. Also on offer are cheese & charcuterie boards for nibbles. Last but not least, service was spot on.

Great little bar to drink good wine and optionnally enjoy a small plate of charcuterie and cheese. I am always a little lost in front of so much choice, the app on the tablets that display some details about the wines is slow and unresponsive so you better come with a wine expert. Most customers decide the wine they take by themselves. So it could be better but still it's a fun experience and the choice of wines seems okay.

Excellent wine bar! My grandmother and I are staying just around the corner on the Champs- Elysees, and we popped into Wine by One on our very first night in Paris. We are not extremely familiar with European wines as we are from California. The process is unique: first you load money onto a card, then insert the card into the machine and choose from a selection of dozens of wines on tap. You can choose from a tasting, a half glass, and a full glass. There is also a “mystery wine” option, which is a lower rate than the other wines. It was interesting to do a blind tasting and try to guess the varietal. Virginie was very knowledgeable, and was able to explain each of the wines we tried (in English!) in a way that was easy to understand. She definitely enhanced the experience for us both. Would certainly recommend to both locals and travelers!

It's a very good restaurant with good Dessert choices. Try creme brulee with white wine..

Cute wine place just off the Champs-Eylsees. Though close to a major tourist trap, this place was filled with French speaking wine lovers. Like a Dave & Busters, you pre-pay a card and then fill your glass with a taste, half glass, or full glass. The big shared platter is plenty to snack on for 4 or more people. Could have used a little more space though. Call ahead to reserve a table.

A great wine bar for sampling many wines. You pre-load a debit card with any amount, then self-serve each pour, which is priced individually depending on label and size of pour. Probably 50-100 wines to taste. Some decent cheese and appetizer plates. Mostly locals

My husband and I happened upon Wine by One when we were visiting the Champs - as avid wine lovers, we are so happy we stopped in for a tasting! The way the tasting is set up makes tasting different French wines (and a few wines from other regions) fun and flexible - there are loads of options available at pretty much every price point and at different increments (tasting vs glass). Virginie was an extremely helpful and gracious host (and to those who are not so confident in their french, she speaks English very well), and the cheese platter we had was delicious! I will definitely recommend this to family/friends who are visiting Paris in the future.
