Went in with a dinged rim (excellent trails at Samoen - take the grading with a pinch of salt. Blue = red and so on..). 5 minutes and 5 euros later, everything fixed and back to the trails. English speaking, friendly, excellent stock for all needs. I will definitely use again.

Brilliant service every time we went in. Ideal location, big range of all sorts of equipment. We rented MTBs which were in good condition, and any issues during the week were taken care of. We also rented Via Ferrata harnesses and helmets, only €8 for a whole day and when we couldn't do all of it due to weather, we were given a refund! Cheers guys.

Friendly, helpful service whether with skis in the winter or with a bike this summer. Would recommend. One thing to check is opening times - Google said 8am but waited until 8.50 for anyone to show on the day I visited.

This is possibly the best bike shop I have ever had the pleasure to frequent. I spent two weeks riding the incredible trails in Samoens but unfortunately I cracked my bike frame on day three. The staff at Xtreme Glisses dealt directly with Mondraker for me and I had a replacement frame within a week. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly even to a non French speaking Englishman like myself. Incredible service all round. The selection of bikes for hire was excellent as well with Konas and Mondrakers available.
