This is a nice place to explore with kids, though it took only 2 hours to look at everything. The zoo is quite small. I would say, a little bit overpriced for such a short time.

This zoo is quite small as compared to any other big cities. Also they don't have elephant, bear, royal bengal tiger etc. Overall for the first timer its good but for people who have seen good zoo will definitely not like it. Its more like a picnic spot than zoo.

This zoo is worth a visit ! All you need is 3 hours walk and its done. But the Lion situation hurt me ! He is so slim and looks ill.

Best zoo I've been to. Difficult to properly see the whole thing in one day. Not too crowded. Great for a nice day off. Very easy to reach by metro. Bring a picnic lunch to eat or eat there.

It's a great day out. It was our second visit and this time they had some extra activities for the kids. Rhino day was fun too. The kids got to visit the interior of the zoo where the rhinos sleep. The running games were well organised and is what the children preferred. As a photographer I got to practice my portraiture on birds and monkeys as well as my children.

Well worth a look.

Large new zoo open after a long renovation period. Zoo is built around a great rock, a pretend mountain containing a large aviary. No great apes or elephants in the zoo. Large tropical house with manatees and monkeys.Large enclosures for rhinos, lions and giraffes. Nice exhibits for penguins and sealion. Not many animals compared to other zoo's.

The best park in Paris. Great place for childern. With lots of animals to see. Nicely made and has all facilities. However The entry fee is on the higher side.

Infested with rats! We had to cut our visit short - after seeing over 30 rats in with the flamingos we decided to leave! Such a shame as it could be a lovely zoo.

Although the zoo isn't huge it is well set out and easy to get round. I loved seeing the penguins!

Beautiful zoo with expansive and well designed enclosures for the animals. The zoo is divided into "biomes" with corresponding terrain native to the animals. It could be hard to see the animals though, as most enclosures had many places and blind spots for the animals to hide. Also, even though there were many animals, some were "missing"... This zoo for an example has no elephants or chimpanzees. The only truly bad experience in the zoo is the restaurant, the food is horrible as well as expensive. Bring a lunch pack, and you are going to have a good time.

I enjoyed it more than other zoo in Paris, I must say, despite not being a child. Not too big, of course there aren't some popular animals, but very nice place, easy to walk through the whole area and easy to spend a lot of time there. Bassin des otaries was the best!
