Nice, quiet, new, easy to drive to.
Not far from the A1 motorway (Lille to Paris).
WIFI is good on all floors.
Gated parking.
Good price for the value.
The breakfast is well worth the 7 euros.

Great for people who have a car with them - lots of parking. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, very clean and great customer service. Would recommend to stay at the hotel.

An excellent budget hotel similar to the Premier Inn group,quiet,clean and a good breakfast. Staff very helpful. There is a nice restaurant "the red pepper" and a Mcdonalds next to the hotel. The hotel is on a business park so not much to do in the evening after having had dinner but Arras is not too far away if you are still looking for things to do. The car park is secured at night.

Nice, but... In winter my bathroom was too cold, better if they put bigger heater in there withs works all time. Breakfast - typical France one - for one night ok, for longer time it's not enough... Rest Ok
