It's getting 2 stars because of it's price and location - if a few basic repairs and house keeping was done then it would easily get 4 or 5 stars!

OK hotel. Apartment we stopped in could have done with a clean. Kitchen facilities limited. Nice friendly staff on hand.

This venue is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately some apartments are privately owned. In our case we booked thinking it was through the hotel but it was a private owner. The apartment was well below standard. The private owner is using the Adagio name to get customers, not sure if this is allowed. If it was a room/apartment through the hotel this would have been 5 stars as the facilities are good and clean. The building is right next door to a massive shopping centre and there is a free bus service to and from Disneyland.

Good location if you want to go to Disney's Parcs, with free transfer. Near to Val d'Europe train station. 2 minutes distance to Val d'Europe mall. Nice price without breakfast.

Great location for Disney and big apartments with kitchen and full size fridge which is great however the rooms we had were in a poor state of repair - carpets needed replaced or at least cleaned. Paint and plaster was flaking off the walls in a few places, the downstairs shower was totally broken and unusable - we had a 2 bedroom duplex apartment with an upstairs bathroom where the shower over the bath was fine. Stains on the sofa cushions and poor state of cleanliness. Some of the plug sockets were hanging off the wall and very dangerous to use - in the UK the room would not be used due to breaches if health and safety regulations - I guess standards elsewhere are different!

Fantastic location near Eurodisney, excellent service, underground parking (charged separately) and good clean rooms with option to self cater. Spent the whole time in Eurodisney Park which was only 8mind drive away. If you do a Disney Park deal then you get the room, Park tickets and Park parking (not hotel parking). Definitely worth it.

It's a good base but that's all. Area is nice but busses are very infrequent so you'll end up getting a Uber €6 or walking to Disney. Reception staff are very rude, totally ignore you and carry on with what they were doing, asked for another pillow and was told no, never ever had that happen. Won't stay here again. Rooms are dated and furniture is broken and lights hanging off the walls. Very poor and I usually am fairly forgiving. 2 stars just for the location only.

Room could be cleaner. The price of the breakfast is to high for the available variety.

Breakfast was fine but nothing special and it's the best value around but it is let down by the below average state of cleanliness and the poor state of repair. It's needs renovation.

Convenient for Disneyland with free shuttle bus including late return from Disney. Breakfast was good with ample choice. Friendly staff. Small problem with room at start as there was only 3 beds for 4 people but in fairness they changed us to a 4/5 person room. Overall enjoyed our stay. Hotel was quite busy throughout our stay.

We arrived late at night to be told that there was no room available for us. A toilet had flooded our room. This also happened to two other families that I know of that night. By two in the morning we were in a Novotel halfway into Paris. When we arrived back at Adagio next morning it was a different world with the manager apologising and offering us free breakfasts for the rest of our stay. Free bus to Disney good but can be walked in 20 minutes. RER station about 10/15 minutes walk Also large impressive shopping centre next door.

Stayed here with my two partners. We had an apartment with one bedroom and a pull bed. The size was adequate and was well equipped with a good size dishwasher. The only point for us (British) was that the shower pressure wasn't great. This wasn't a problem for our french partner who showers the "continental way". The bathroom size wasn't big but I'm not there to sit in the bathroom all day. The hotel has a good location so close to the mall and Disneyland. Oh, and there's a swimming pool which was very clean although a bit too cold for our taste to stay too long in.
