The most failed hotel record

we get hotel room is small so bad, With the photo is not the same very small, Very old rotten furniture, We need to change the room so they asked us to pay 30 euros every night!
All hotels around Disneyland will have a shuttle bus but the dont havefor free, ad you have to pay 5 euros!! And only to 20:00 in the evening, Disney show is starting at 20:30 Pm, This proves that if you live in this hotel you have no chance to see show in Disney, They are not written in the hotel advertising, The network is very poor..
booked a hotel room for a week from Monday to Sunday, but To Wednesday when there is no way to stick to it, when there is no way to stick to it , on the third day we found a another hotel. And told them we want to To Wednesday when there is no way to stick to it, They do first tings is inform me they will not refund, hotel sacrificed my nonrefundable room charges for peace of mind. When I am not satisfied with the time they did not say sorry or ask us why.

The hotel ruined the magic of Disney. It was the worst hotel I've never been. It was all dirty and the toilet smelled bad. They didn't clean the room at all days, it was disgusting. We didn't t have clean towels, no paper to hit, no soap .. Never again, it ruined our trip.

Not necessarily convenient for Disney land Paris in location but with the offered bus service (not always running on schedule) it does help with getting to and from the park. The hotel hosts only very sparing amenities for a self catering apartment. The staff can be hot and cold. However the facilities are adequate and comfortable and clean.

Even though I speak English they were very accommodating and nice. The room itself is beautiful and nice to live in.

Please stay away from this awful, awful establishment. Please read my other review for Hotel.
Do not waste your money and do not impress your journey!!!

This place is falling appart, the pictures must of been from when it first opened because everythings broken or dirty, then refuse to refund you and tell you the manager wont be in until another day

Very disappointing about this hotel as the staff there have no passion to engage with the guests or make them feel welcome. No assistance with luggage, restaurant lacks service quality or a price of meals that represent in quality.

Took 1 hour to have our room ready upon arrival.
Locked out of our room for 2 hours on our first night as the key was not working, staff very unhelpful. We received 8 euros worth of compensation for the inconvenience.
The shuttle to disneyland/val d'europe was tiny and could only fit about 15/20 people. It was always late.
The wifi in our room was not working for the duration of our stay.
Very lazy and incompetent staff. We had to keep asking for fresh towels, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets etc.
I have never stayed in such an unprofessional establishment, all the guests had complaints!

Dirty room, damaged walls and not functioning right equipment. Plus hotel bus to disney paris is not able to carry enough people at key times. And if you miss it due to it being full. You are out of luck and have to get a Taxi in the evening.

Booked for 10 days and presently on my 7th day. Maid has NEVER come for turn down service. Going to run out of toilet paper tomorrow morning. No dish detergent for the tiny excuse of a kitchen. Garbage baskets are close to overflowing. Bathroom sink is leaking and standup shower is draining very slowly; have to stand in filthy water. Been using the tub to shower myself (VERY CAREFULLY); no bathmat and is extremely slippery. Wood laminate floor had something sticky spilled that no one ever cleaned. Was afraid to sit on the sofa and some of the chairs because of mystery stains and the wall paper is ripped in some spots. When we first got to the hotel the hallway carpets were filthy like they never bothered to vacuum. By the way, we informed the front desk numerous times and several days about all the issues going on with the room which they kept saying they would have someone take care of it but like I said we are on day 7 ☹. AWFUL experience. And yes they are charging for Disney Land shuttle and 5 euros a day for parking on the property. Property is in the middle of nowhere so no nearby walking around.
