Famous Strasbourg restaurant since May 2017 engaged a new young chef Franck Pelux to bring back its old glory by rising level from current one Michelin star to three stars. Food exceptional, bit over-influenced by Chinese cuisine. In Strasbourg I would expect more traditional French.

Food is excellent, no question.

But it is not only the food but whole experience from entering restaurant to leaving, just perfect. A bit pricy (which is normal with one michelin star) but definately recommended.

After losing all the michelin stars, the restaurant changed it owner who worked to revive the history of this place. Got back one star this year, definitely worth trying. Dinners can be quite pricy, but try Saturday lunch, you will find nice set menu for a reasonable price!

Wonderful dinner and experience. I had the four-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The staff was on point throughout the night and spoke English, which was appreciated. Sarah was lovely and even provided the name of a wonderful small spot in town for tart flambee for my last night in Strasbourg. The meal itself was terrific. Lots of lovely surprises throughout the meal, and the fish with cabbage cream was not only highly unique but one of the best dishes I've ever had. Just divine. The wine pairings from the Alsace region were fine, but honestly couldn't quite live up to the food in my opinion. Finally, the large dessert trolley that creake6th d and rumbled its way through the dining room to each table was a wonderful touch. If you are a solo traveler like I was, do not hesitate in coming here. And if you're visiting Strasbourg for a special occasion with someone, you simply must come here.

Really good restaurant, the food was delitious and the service was more than good, one of the best restaurants I have ever been. Beautiful couple working together to give you an amazing experience. If you have the chance to go to Strasbourg please don't miss this address.

It may be only a one star Michelin restaurant but I suspect it will soon be two! We could not fault it and we are very picky. Worth every Euro. The UK restaurateurs should learn from the real professionals that service is part of the whole experience and should not have to be bought separately as either a service charge or tip! I always ask if service is included, knowing full well it is in Europe, just to see what reaction I get and on this occasion, our waiter was genuinely horrified that I had even asked as of course it was! Let the UK diners' fight back begin here!
