simple but comfort, friendly staff

Do you guys a favor and avoid this type of hotels. It looks great if you go for a soccer game because is near the stadium or because is chesp however you guys would not want to go through a situation like this. Hope you guys never go throguh something like this it sucks..

When I got stolen it only took a few hours. I arrived 5pm and left to downtown lyon. When we came back at 12am we got things taken aways from us. I went down to talk to someone however NO ONE was there. Next morning I spoke with the manager , terrible manager by the way. Couldnt communicate well with him because I was not fortunate enough to to speak French.. so I went to police station. I made a claim and filled a report about this Hotel so hopefully if this happens again there is quite more other claims for this Hotel. I end up in a Hotel in Downtown. I if I where to choose again I would never go for the cheap. Literally if you plan to stay there do not bring anything of value because their is no Safe box and the doors you enter with a pasword not like other Hotel that you enter with a card and everytime there is registration when someone enters the room, in this terrible system there wasn't.

Comparé à d'autres établissements de la franchise B&B, celui de Chassieu est bien inférieur en termes de qualité. Les abords sont horribles, malfamés et très sales, le parking extérieur est plein en permanence (ce qui oblige à se garer en dehors de l'enceinte où les nombreux morceaux de verre au sol témoignent du risque de vol important...), les chambres sont mal chauffées, les draps sales, pas de savon pour se laver les mains, pas de tapis de bain un jour sur deux. Bref, la liste est longue... Pas idéal quand on est présent pour 10 jours de travail intenses dans le secteur et qu'on demande un minimum de confort le soir. Préférez le B&B de Chassieu qui est tenu avec beaucoup plus de rigueur et d'amour.

I stayed there only 6 hours and left because someone got in to my room an stole (computer, phones, some cash) from my bags closed with locks-- easy to open with a pen and you would not notice... No personnel afterhours..Only a pasword to enter the building and your room that is given to you at the receptionist, NO SAFE Box.

Très mécontent de mon séjour passé dans cet hôtel.Le petit déjeuner servi de 7h30 à 10h30 soit disant à volonté, lorsque je me suis présenté pour déjeuner à 9h il n y a quasiment plus rien et personne pour recharger le présentoir, bcp de clients qui n avaient encore pas déjeuner, étaient mécontents (6euros 20 pour infos).En plus j étais envahi de fourmis ds ma chambre.Et la 2e nuit impossible de dormir suite aux tapages nocturnes de certains et des allez et venues de personnes extérieures de l hôtel. Et comme il n y a pas de veilleur de nuit, 44euros la chambre pour ne pas dormir!!!!!Hôtel à éviter à tout prix quitte à mettre un peu plus cher.Bcp de clients ce matin ont avoué qu' ils ne remettraient plus les pieds.

I stayed there because is near the stadium and I was goint to the Euro 2016 game at Lyonn. I seems to be great deal because is near and "cheap" ,however my recomendation is to not stay there. Not only with the fact that I got stolen... The service is terrible, also if you dont speak french you have a problem. Personal barly speak English or other lenguages rather than French. I speak 3 lenguages and I could not communicate with the person in the Lobby. --- by the way there is only someone in the Lobby in the day ,after hours no one. You have machines for snacks and food and you enter de building with a pasword that they print to you , the same pasword to enter your room.

Parfait ! En galère d'hébergement sur notre route de voyage on a pu trouver une chambre à 23h. Avec la borne interactive entrée facile. Chambre spacieuse et douche à l'italienne. Pour une étape c'est parfait !

Per una sola notte è l ideale. 10 min a piedi dallo stadio e dalla fermata del tram T3. Decisamente minimal, 1 solo asciugamano a persona, no prodotti da bagno eccetto il bagnoschiuma nella doccia. Doccia con tenda. Camera abbastanza grande.

Facile d'accès,cadre agréable, chambre confortable, literie un peu dur ,douche un peu étroite & manque peut-être un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain mais hôtel très correct pour une nuit

Correct... Hôtel correct, chambre relativement propre. Par contre, le personnel n'est pas très affable et l'hôtel est plutôt bruyant... Il convient très bien pour un séjour court d'une nuit, mais pas pour y passer des vacances...

I had a terrible experience, this does not mean that it would happend to you. However, I would never again stayed in a low quality hotel such as B&B hotel.. They never assume their responsibility and thats the big difference when you stay in a place like this. When you are on vacation you want to relax and have fun and not go through this situation. These situations can happen in any place no matter the quality of the hotel , however big brand hotels with name and reputation would do whatever it takes to get back to customers and help them.
