Wifi was non existant, even though we paid for an upgraded room. Spa and gym doesn't open until 3pm which made it unusable for us because the only time we had to train was the morning apart from sunday but obviously u have to check out by 12 so still couldn't use it. The one tims the cleaner cleaned the room we had to call her back up becuase she had not sorted the coffee area at all or renewed the items. Its an easy walk into colmar which is beautiful.

We did not fel welcome. We booked our stay long time ago but nothing was prepared as We ordered. Ok they fixed it but not good enough. We can not rekommendera this hotel.we expect more from a hotel of this class.even B&B have better service .

We were originally allocated to a deluxe room on the fourth floor. The building for deluxe rooms is next to the main building so got really bad wifi. That night we requested to change our room. The guy was super friendly and promised us to tell the staff next morning about our request. We ended up using our laptop in the lobby and the guy apologised for the bad wifi and gave us some cakes while we were using our laptop! I was quite upset at the beginning due to the bad wifi but soon was soothed by the warm service. We also bought wine and food from Christmas market for several nights and the staff was all very friendly and offered us bottle opener, plate and cutlery and so on upon request. The breakfast wasn't bad too - they got nice croissant and some hot food. I think this hotel is a dog friendly one because I saw quite a few dogs during breakfast time! In terms of the location of the hotel, it is next to the train station but 15 mins walk from town centre, which is quite far because colmar is small.

The hotels rooms (Junior Suite) were spacious enough for me and my family. The overlooking view at Gozan Du Faing was breathtaking. The staff were cooperative and friendly. You need to carry your own luggages. The parking nearby the main station is free of charge and you will find many places to park.

Positive things: location within 15 minutes walk of the old town and just next to the station. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, various items available.
Negative things: bedroom was very small. The Shower is nice but the door is too small. It was flooded every time!We choose this hotel for the spa but it wasn't possible to enjoy it as it's closed on 9pm and it is not open in the morning!very disappointed. Moreover it is not mentioned in the website or in our booking confirmation.

Great location. Right next to the train station 5 minutes walk from the centre. Large clean rooms, dog friendly . Excellent price .

Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly service. Convenient to station but a bit of a walk into the old town.
