Clean city hotel close to many attractions and restaurants. Rooms reasonable but air con very feeble. Street parking can be available for evening.

Hotel is nice but they didn't have the air-condition enabled until I complaint that it was very hot in the room. The next day they enabled it even though it wasn't "summer" yet... Came back late to the hotel and it was closed only to find a note to call some French number to open up the door... But what I expect from a Best Western!

Really nice, quiet, staff is great. The only small issue is that the parking is really tight and has a small entrance, due to the fact that the hotel is in the center of the city

Perfect location to use as base for discovering Lyon. The room was a bit smaller than usual but so was the price too. The breakfast was surprisingly pleasant because of the nice layout of the internal restaurant. Most of the hotel is new: not all but that is understandable given the location.

Good location. Rooms are OK, parking is terribly small to drive, it's hard to take luggage from there because need to change. Staff was OK especially young girl, although there was some weird older woman not too polite.

Well located for business or leasure in this area. Pleasant stay, nice staff. Hotel renovated with taste. Did not use breakfast our restaurant facilities.
