Easy to find, although limited parking facilities in the area, we were allowed to park in the hotels official Minibus parking. Friendly reception staff. Adequate room for three people, although the view wasn't great. Nice, varied breakfast at €12 per person. About 15 min walk into old town of Annecy.

Great for its price range. Rooms are pretty decent, bathrooms are renovated. Breakfast is good as well as service.

Do not stay here. The rooms are cramped, the walls are thin, the room design is illogical, and they are open during a massive construction project. Two stars for decent wifi and nice check-in staff in evening.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and we were not notified. The balcony was blocked, and we were woken up early by works. The hotel said there is nothing they can do as the sound would be the same on all floors. Instead they offered free breakfast. Other than that, it's a good place. Just make sure they're not renovating.

Close and frequent train and bus connections.

Perfect stopover en route to Skiing, easy to find, short walk to the lake and centre and parking. Highly recommended

Great location, walk distance to the center along the Thiou river. lovely people to welcome you. nice food and lovely breakfast, I enjoyed it very much. will go back.

We stayed here with a group of 18 and enjoyed an excellent service. Rooms were nice and quiet with everything you would normally expect in a hotel room. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice ranging from your continental breakfast to delicious french cheeses and pancakes with superb marmalade. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner with the group.
To top it all off, when I had forgotten a camera lens in the room, the hotel sent it back to the Netherlands carefully wrapped to prevent any damage. That's service!

Great location. Kind staff. I would likely consider staying here again in the future
