On the next morning the Lady on the front desk told us that she will waive the cost for one room and she printed an invoice for me with no charge to one of the two rooms.
When I checked my credit card both rooms are charged to my credit card.

This place is amazing. The staff is polite! The pool is awesome... you're no more than a 5 minute walk to the water and restaurants. This is the place to be.

Maybe just for the hotel i would give between 3 or 4 star rather than 5 but the staff is so friendly, helpfull and polite than it becomes a 5 star..

Good hotel for cassis a bit over priced for service and standard but that is all hotels in this town. The atmosphere and the wive make you want to come back

Dear all,
I booked online two rooms at Best Western in Cassis, one with two single beds. (Aug. 30, 2014)
Up arrival we experienced problems, because the reservation was lost at your system.
The gentlemen at the front desk (the night porter) did not speak English and didn’t want to give us the rooms.
After we printed the reservation and showed him the document he agreed to let us stay and we got two rooms in the basement, but no room with two single beds as it was requested by the reservation.

Pool and jacuzzi are nice. And has a pretty nice view, but the rooms are pretty small.
