We stayed for one night in August. A lovely hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. Good sized comfortable room, easy parking, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Characterful building too a real bonus.

Clean newly renovated. Nice staff. Shorter than normal bed. Not optimal for tall people.

Neat hotel, some of the rooms are in an old building that is really cool. The others are nice and comfortable. Easy to get to Mont St Michel. Great place.

My wife and I loved the historic building, the extensive buffet breakfast, the beautiful garden and our very comfortable room. Most of all, however, we loved the kind, friendly, helpful serice from Goulven and the other staff members. I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided at Best Western Montgomery. Good but flawy hotel. First, as it happens to several other hotels around, they sell you a booking of a Queen-Size Bed, whereas it's a lie: it's only two single beds side-by-side, so you simply can't sleep in the middle because there's a gap between them. Please guys: STOP scamming the customers saying that this is a Queen Size bed.
Other than that, it was alright and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff was wonderful and very nice to work with. The building itself was quirky and fun with a tiny elevator and stairways so built that the elevator couldn't reach all the way. So if you have issues climbing stairs you may want to request a ground-level room. There was a large step into the bathroom which I didn't find awful, just saying it was a little out of the ordinary. For me the star down was the shower/bathtub combo. The water pressure wasn't great and the shower had only a half screen of sorts which made the shower leak all over the floor. Also, there was no air conditioning and it was a warm day at the beginning of June, so we felt it. Overall the rooms were clean, the staff was kind, and the bed was big (firm, but not hard).
