Nice room, polite staff that were more than happy to communicate with us in English as we struggled in French

We enjoyed a lovely stay, the hotel was very welcoming.
The location was excellent, and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Beds were super comfy and the reception even gave us some champagne glasses to take back to our room to celebrate.

Everything about the hotel was great. The only thing that I felt was a bit much was the fact that we had to leave our key cards with the receptionist every time we left the hotel. I get people lose the cards a lot but it kinda got in the way when we came back and tried to get the keys to our rooms, because sometimes they were busy. But other than that, the hotel was great. Very accessible to all the attractions we went for. Overall, great!

I arranged reservations for two groups who participated in my food, wine and history tour. In each case, all of the guests were very pleased with the hotel. Staff recommended lovely places to dine in the area, and arranged transportation to the airport. When I personally fell ill on our last day, staff arranged for me to see a Doctor, and held my luggage when I spent several days at a local hospital.
My only issue was with the website. When booking more than 4 rooms, it is impossible to know if the total number of rooms at the desired price would be available for the dates in question before you begin the booking process. But I believe that this issue is common to all of the Best Western hotels and not the fault of the Premier Marais Grands Boulevards.

Perfect location just near the Metro station. Why would you stay anywhere else in Paris?

The hotel is small, newly renovated and very well located! Everything you need is closeby.
As you can see on the pictures, the rooms are amazing! Very cozy beds, great facilities such as fluffy towels and a gorgeous bathroom.
Staff is very polite and try the utmost to make your stay comfortable.
Express breakfast was decent, however, I would recommend having breakfast in a real French cafe.

Great location. Nice but smaller rooms. Perfect spot to take day trips around the city.

Room is small but cozy and chic. Location is very convenient with access to 3 major metro routes.

I proposed to my girlfriend under the Eiffel Tower while in Paris and the hotel made everything even better. Friendly staff on reception, beautifully decored rooms and bathrooms, plus a view of Paris from our fifth floor balcony.

The staff at the front desk do their job very thoroughly and with responsibility. I barely had any issues during my 5-day stay there. Most of them speak good English. The safe within the room was quite useful. The room was rather small in size as most of hotels in Paris would presumably be. They has breakfast options-- buffet for 16Euros and express menu for 8Euros -- but never tried any. The location was great -- less than 1 minute walk to the Métro, which made it so much easier to get around. Unlike what the name implies, it's not right in the Marais district but a little off of it, and therefore in the 10e arrondissement. They would even lend you an umbrella when it suddenly rains.
