I've been fortunate enough to enjoy some excellent meals in the area but the meal I had this evening is beyond compare. From the mause bouche to the meal itself was one superb taste experience after another. The climax was the trilogy desert combination which was the best desert my son & I have ever enjoyed! At one point after we had been intensely luxerating over the taste sensations we both became aware that we hadn't spoken for quite some time as we'd each been strategizing the order of which of these wonderful concoctions we were going to eat. It was truly an embarrassment of riches.

Small, unassuming restaurant with amazing food. The menu is comprised of seasonal ingredients lots of which are locally sourced. The food is some of the best I have ever eaten anywhere and if you are stopping through Vaiso-la-Romaine I would highly recommend making a reservation and stopping by to eat. You won't be disappointed.

Dans un tel village touristique on pourrait craindre une restauration " pour touristes ". Ici c'est tout le contraire. Une cuisine excellente , une superbe présentation des assiettes, un accueil, une décoration et un service impeccables. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

très belle surprise. le menu gastronomie est très fin et rempli de surprise. de très très grande qualité.
le service et le décor est au top.
surtout ne rien changé.

I visited it five months ago and I still remember how delicious it was. The staff didn't laugh at my miserable French either. Always a plus!
