The absolute worst customer service in existence, in 2 years I've had countless problems. They've owed me about 250 euros for the past 2 months for charging me twice for a home insurance that I canceled during the retraction period (because when I bought it they never sent me the contract, which I needed to move to my new apartment, and when I called they said it doesn't appear on their system). When I ask them for help, their response is always the same: "You should contact the department of ...", but no one ever solves it.
Conclusion: Worst customer service I've ever come across. Stay away

Conseiller à l'accueil incapable de répondre aux mes questions, ma conseillere qui devrait me rappeler dans un délai de 48h et qui ne l'a jamais fait... Agence à fuir (et la banque aussi)
