Des voleurs. Ne respectent pas leurs engagement, font payer des frais tout les mois que je ne suis pas censé payer et me taxent pour soi-disant frais non payés en plus de ça. Une grosse blague.

I went to this branch to get my housing insurance cancelled and was told by the person at the customer service desk that I had to submit a specific set of documents to initiate the cancellation process. Unfortunately, the next time I visited the branch, there was some other person at the customer service desk. According to her, there were some extra documents required (which had not been communicated to me on my previous visit).
I told her that I have to travel for more than an hour to reach this branch and it is very inconvenient for me to come down every time to resolve such issues. I also asked her if she could provide my with a phone number so that I could call up the branch in case my issue was not resolved. The lady could not give me a number as she had "left her visiting card on the first floor". I asker her to write it down on a piece of paper, and she said she "did not remember the number for that branch". So she took my number and said that she will call me back in one hour and provide me with all the details. As expected, no call.
This is just one of the several disappointing experiences that I have had with this branch. If possible, avoid opening an account with this branch if you like having your peace of mind.

Trust the comments below. This agency is terrible. 330 euros disappeared from my account and they show no proactivity in helping you sort the issue.

Des voleurs, des incapables. Ne respectent pas leurs engagements, ni leurs promesses, font payer des frais tout les mois que je ne suis pas censé payer et me taxent pour soi-disant frais non payés en plus de ça. Les virements automatiques qui doivent être fait le 1er du mois sont souvent effectués le 13, très très sérieux...
