Food was all reheated frozen dishes. Desert was served still frozen. Bad service, seemed as if they didn't want to have us there.

Absent service, I think would be putting it too nicely. The worst cappuccino I have had in a long time. A citron-pressé cobbled together with little or no thought during the process. Only plus is the location. If you can't be bothered to go far, walk across the road to Garden Ice Cafe for a coffee, or to the cocktail bar 'Bar Louise' on the side of the hotel for a cocktail.
