Très bonne brasserie. Le menu à 25 euros très bon ; le prix n'est pas exagéré. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles car j'ai eu de meilleures crèmes brûlées. J'y reviendrai cependant.

I always eat here when in Rouen, it reminds me of a traditional french restaurant. Food excellent especially steak tartare and very good service.

Lovely place, nice decoration, friendly staff and amazing food. Plat du jour (duck in pepper sauce with gratin dauphinois) was so tasty, good quality and not at all expensive. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely art deco brasserie with friendly staff and great menu. Good for any time of day whether breakfast, lunch, dinner or early evening drinks. Good location.

Just had a coffee on the terrace. But considering the view and position, it was REALLY reasonably priced.

I had just arrived in Rouen on a Friday evening when I was looking for a late dinner. Brasserie Paul was the perfect introduction to the city. The food was excellent and extra special, both in presentation and flavours. The waiters are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
