Comme Conforama cela fait un peu magasin d'une autre époque ...style un peu démodé, tarif souvent pas compétitifs, et vendeur parfois limites.

Magasin BUT que je connaissais pas et très bien agencé et Fournis avec style...!!!
Il est sur deux étages et dispose d'un petit parking devant...

I am waiting for the last 3 months for someone to fix the hoven I bought in BUT. It is very hard to get someone on the phone. BUT is probably waiting for the warranty to expire.

Commande sur internet retrait en magasin: le délai n'est pas respecté, personne ne me tiens au courant... Pour avoir des informations je dois contacter le magasin via un numéro Surtaxé ! Le tout pour mentendre dire qu'ils peuvent juste me dire que mon canapé n'est pas là mais aucune autre information. Le dépôt c'est l'enfer pour y accéder, bref je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

It is very easy to buy in BUT, the problem is afterwards. When there is a problem with the machine you bought, the SAV (service après-vente) doesn not work, noone picks up the phone, and when they do they never give you an accurate information and you continue waiting for someone to fix the machine you bought there.
