It's the stunning view of the Pyrenees and the proximity to wonderful countryside that makes this site. The trouble is that too few pitches get to see the mountains in the distance. And I imagine the ones that do are reserved pretty swiftly when bookings open. But I think I'd still come back here. We stayed on the bottom field. It's small and houses just over a dozen units who share a more than adequate wash block. There's a little road noise but nothing too intrusive. But it was less populated with small children on bicycles or kicking balls around. We wanted a quiet pitch and a bit of privacy even though we've got three teenage children. We didn't think we'd get that on the upper pitches. The indoor pool was great and just the business when it rained (which ir did a fair amount for our two weeks). We went in the middle of August and it was rarely hectic or even busy. Most of the time it was us and a few others and no one objected to balls being thrown around. We were there to explore the coast, which was 40 minutes drive away and cycle in the Pyrenees. The cycling was magnificent though I quickly learnt that white roads on a map are not a whole heap of fun! This was a good base. The site lacked a field for our boys to kick a ball around on. I might return. But I'd explore elsewhere first. It's worth saying that we were in a caravan and positioning that on the bottom field was 'fun' and we couldn't have done it without help. I'm glad we weren't in our tent because it rained a fair amount! I might search out a cottage next time down here.

Camping HLM aux emplacements ridiculement petits séparés par une simple haie. Ombre piscine sanitaires impeccables mais promiscuité garantie pour ce camping familial habité par des habitués qui y séjournent vraisemblablement longtemps et régulièrement.

A nice campground with large sites and nice facilities. I really liked the look of the circular barbecue hut with a large dining table and barbecue / fire place.

Plusieurs fois que nous venons ici, et toujours très satisfait de ce camping. Les sanitaires sont toujours impeccables, les emplacements sont bien entretenus.
Parfait sur tous les points.

Camping très confortable et agréable, avec un accueil chaleureux qui nous a fait oublier le mauvais temps. Nous n'étions que de passage et avons eu envie de rester un peu plus. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

Très bon camping. Piscine qui peut être couverte en cas de pluie, sanitaires et emplacements propres. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, alors même que l'on ne venait que pour une nuit !

a 20mn de Bayonne et 30 mn de Biarritz cadre verdoyant et calme tres prisés par les curistes.
