We have been to many eurocamp mainly in Spain. We will not return to this one. There are very few facilities and not enough entertainment of any quality.

-sanitaires anciens, peu nombreux et peu entretenus

négatif :
-absence de sécurité !!!des panneaux seraient nécessaires surtout vis a vis des enfants qui déboulent dans tous les sens parfois (et oui c'est les vacances )

-plage super loin à pied

-aucune prise en charge des clients dans notre cas :
en effet un incendie énorme a eu lieu qui a atteint les deux campings d'à côte et aucune prise en charge ...ce sont des clients qui avertissaient et nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls ..les enfants ont paniqués car pas de soutien ni d'accompagnement à part celui des parents!aucune alerte a l' entrée avec demande d éloigner les véhicules ou autre et aucune alerte nous indiquant si l' on pouvait réintégrer ou pas le camping!

-mobilhome vraiment mais vraiment petits surtout le soit disant 4/6 personnes qui en fait ne peut en accueillir que 4 en ce sera 2 enfants et deux adultes et les lits sont minuscules le reste tellement étroit que vous passerez vos vacances que dehors c'est certain.

-animations quasi nulles surtout pour les enfants d' âge moyen

It is a small local campsite with good amenities and close to a few local shops as well as the beach. It was very reasonable. It cost £700 for 8 nights with ferry and linen included. The pool gets busy and the locals speak only French but if you can speak a little French it will be enough to get you by.

-absence de réelle sécurité jour comme nuit faute de budget et pourtant 250 mobilhome à ce tarif mensuellement cela fait un beau budget!

-alors que les autres campings proposent des animations toutes jusqu'à 2h du matin minimum, à la palmeraie c'est 23h !

-allées et contres allées à revoir vraiment pas agréables à pratiquer comparé aux campings d'a côté qui affichent le même nombre d’étoiles

-direction du restaurant hypocrite qui facture " à la tête du client" et lunatique au possible!

-épicerie minimaliste mais personnel très gentil par contre

My children were happy with the pool and facilities were basic but did the job. I was absolutely miffed with that swimming trunks were the only wear permitted due to air build up within a pair of shorts increasing risk of 'parashooting'. Staff were ok although some were very rude. No English entertainment so not good if you want a Butlins type of holiday.

-défaillance des chaudières pour nous,on a dû a chaque fois aller se doucher dans les communs alors que le tarif comprend une douche fonctionnelle!

Mobile homes- where can i start, everywhere is dirty no maintenance is carried out. Poorly equipted with nothing functioning, no real way of cooking no BBQ. Had to go and buy a portable grill just to cook on. Caravans are about 20 years old wallpaper falling off the walls the whole floor moved and creaked when walking around. Beds and matresses were disgusting. Curtains were so dirty I didnt want to touch them to close them.
Campsite- zero maintenance site, as in everywhere you look is filthy and poorly maintained.
Swimming pool- life guards are akin to thugs rulling the pool. They are so busy saying that you have to wear certain type of swimming shorts, what what they really want is that you wear overshorts when not in the pool. But they missed this instead bullying 3-5 year old children and throwing them out of the pool. whilst there i witnessed at least 5 young children thrown out of the pool by this bully. he then strutted around the pool feeling pleased with himself, disgraceful.
Local beach- sandy clean, local restaurants are nice if a little expensive.
Reception- small unequipted, they have 1 bbq that you can rent, it is electric. If you want there is a 1 week waiting list you can only have it for 1 night so you have to cook, clean it and return it. Crazy.
I was really disapointed with this campsite and the disgusting shabby state of the caravans. I wrote a letter to Homair. It took 6 weeks for them to draft a response, which shows how much they care about customer service. The response basically said thanks for contacting us, sorry you didn't like it, hope you come back again. How short sighted of them. I hope this is one of the companies that goes bust and makes way for a more quality establishment.
I spent thounsands of euros to stay in this site and feel conned by Homair for saying this site was a 4 star site, when it wasn't.
I will never use Homair again I wouldn't want to waste another one of my precious holidays.

-le personnel tel que femmes de ménage, agent de sécurité, homme d'entretien et accueil est très bien, des gens charmants et disponibles vraiment!

-la chef animatrice qui dit a sa collègue en présence des clients que cela "la gonfle" de faire les animations (vraiment pas top!)
