After we and others complained numerous times, we decided to leave after 1 week as our 2 and 5 yr olds were exhausted from being kept awake each night. The campsite reception agreed to a refund for the remaining week and agreed to a refund for the Wifi that never worked for the week we were there. They even charged us double for the Wifi so watch out for this. We left with the agreement that if we emailed over our bank account details they would issue a refund, so all was generally fine. We sent over the email as requested and then chased a few weeks later and then chased again and finally got a reply to say they would refund the wifi but not the remaining week. So we emailed back, but no reply, emailed again, chased again, etc, etc, etc. We are now 3 months after our holiday and haven't got a penny back from them and they just don't reply to emails. No refund for the wifi and no refund for the remaining week.

HOWEVER the entertainment goes on very late each night and is very noisy. There are also lots and lots or screaming kids running around the site. Loads of people complained who were in pitches right beside the pool and bar, but management kept saying that there would be no noise after 10:30pm, but every night it went on until at least 12:00pm and sometimes 1.30am. The entertainment staff just didnt seem to care and management were not that bothered, even though the receiption staff were friendly. This is a family campsite with all the entertainment aimed at kids so odd that it went on so late.

Very disappointed as they still owe us a refund, 3 months after our holiday and numerous emails to them.

As is becoming clear from other reviews they are a dishonest company and just don't care about their customers or refunding when things do not work.

ATTENTION faux témoignages constatés, car Raphael L (et d'autres employés) est le gérant qui répond sur d'autres sites à de mauvais commentaires. ne vous faites pas avoir. preuve(s) de plus qu'il faut éviter ce camping.
Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Wifi ne fonctionne pas sur camping-> arnaque, Personnel peu aimable (ne disent même pas bonjour pour plus d'un employé sur 2) et pas de réactivité pour gérer simples demandes (TV ne fonctionne pas) ou soucis (malgré demandes personne ne passe vous voir). Douches et sanitaires peu nettoyées, encore une fois loin d'un 4 étoiles qui se respecte. Passez votre chemin pour des vacances agréables. Très très déçu, surtout pour le prix payé. Prestations annoncées non respectées. Arrivée prévue à 15h mais à 18h ce n'est pas prêt.

If for some reason you do think of booking here then PLEASE PLEASE use a credit card and then at least you can get some money back if you are unhappy. Also make sure that your pitch is nowhere near the toilet block and pool. You need to be right by the edge os the campsite and by the sea. Also don't pay upfront for the wifi as it doesn't work.

Our 18 night visit in July/August. We have been visiting Les Isles for 23 years.
The sanitary block was much cleaner this year but loose toilet seat s in the men's cubicles need repairing. Also the hand drier near the men's only blew out cold air.
The tree over our pitch (80) has not been cut back and now touches the roof of the caravan and awning.
The site lighting between the sanitary block and the sea front pitches only worked intermittently which is dangerous on dark evenings.
It was good that there were lots of activities organised but all the advertising of them from the buggy was in French - the many German, Dutch & English visitors might not understand.

First off we are pretty laid back family and things don't normally bother us, can't remember the last time that I had such a bad holiday experience or such awful customer service.

The location and the campsite itself are great if a little cramped, and if they just sorted out the noise and actually refund what they agreed to then it would be great.

Avis très mitigé. De trop nombreuses déceptions qui n'ont pas été compensé par les rares côtés positifs. La piscine est clairement en mauvais état. Le liner est totalement détruit sur une grande partie de la piscine. Nous avions réservé il y a 6 mois et nous nous sommes retrouvé en face d'un château gonflable dont le moteur tournait parfois jusqu'à minuit. L'horreur pour des vacanciers qui ont besoin de se reposer. Situé en bord de parking, en face des éviers de vaisselle. Bref le bonheur. Nous avons passé de meilleurs séjours dans des camping municipaux. C'est tristement objectif. Le seul point positif repose sur l'équipe de saisonnier qui fait ce qu'il peut avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Les éléments "seegreen" qui pour nous nous devaient être un gage de qualité sont en réalité une réelle déception. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience.

Functional Stay - More needed!. Hello!

Overall we were ok with the stay, but I think a lot more effort is needed to create a community feel and get the guests talking to each other and getting to know each other. No real sense of community and togetherness was achieved.

You have been WARNED!!!!

Visited in July 2016 for 2 weeks and were pithed right beside the toilet block. As others have said the pitches are small but this wasn't a massive issues for us. Location is great right by the beach and the pool is really nice. In the day all was great and being by the toilet block and pool was actually handy with two small kids........

Ultima notte bretone. Il campeggio è di qualità, il prezzo forse un po' troppo alto visto che siamo quasi a fine stagione e che la spiaggia quasi inesistente. Servizi puliti e moderni, piscina molto bella e completa di toboggan, il ristorante non l'abbiamo utilizzato.
Piccoli plus, il lavaggio “coquillages” e la doccetta per cani.

Le gérant est prétentieux et arrogant ; il traite ses clients avec le plus grand mépris
