Stayed on this site again at the beginning and end of our holiday. Much improved since our last stay and the new owners are gradually tidying the site up and getting rid of the shanty town appearance it has had for many years. Gentleman on reception very friendly and we could pick our own pitch. No problems with security. WIFI not very good where we were sited.
Overall a very good site for the ferry port as only a few minutes away.

We have used this Camping Site for some years now coming from and to the Ferry Port, we have always found the staff very friendly and helpful even waiting for us when the ferry was late coming in at 23.45 .There is some road noise with traffic coming from the ferry port late at night and early morning, supermarket across the road and petrol station, small gate with coded lock that leads to the canal path, you can walk or cycle to the port or Pegaus Bridge and Caen hope to see you in 2017.

Very glad to have an easy reception after a long day on a ferry. Relaxed but entirely business-like. For most, this will be a "passage port" single-night stay after getting off the ferry, or before getting on the ferry. It does the job. No issues at all with cleanliness of the "sanitaires" -- we got the impression the site might have been a bit down in the dumps in recent times, but they're trying to get things right.

Stayed one night pre morning ferry, adequate is what comes to mind. Very busy with people doing the same as us as well as long stayers. There are now immigrants around the site and we saw some being pursued by the police. We would only stay here again for the convenience. There are improvements going on and it may eventually become more than a night halt site for many. I sincerely hope so.

Good stopover coming from or going for channel ferry. Two minutes from port.
Can be busy. Bit disorganised. Money invested in chalets. Facilities not great.
€22 overnight.

This location is ideal for an overnight stay as you pitch in an open area with electricity and water. However the pitches for longer stays although seperated by hedges look quiet tight to get onto with a medium or large size van

Lovely pitches near to everything toilets need a serious overhaul but other than that would recommend this site

Arrive after dark in peak season and we thought we had arrived in an alarming place. However, loud music stopped at eleven and all quickly went quiet. Arrive lunchtime on a sunny day and the site looks lovely and peaceful as well. First visit, disappointed with toilet block. Second visit, found new, state of the art block with excellent facilities. Very convenient for ferry and would certainly use again.

Nice campsite for a stopover before catching the ferry. It has a newly renovated pool and toilet block. Other toilet blocks are in the process of being renovated. Pitches are a decent size with water electricity hook up. There is a little bar serving snacks.
