BUYER BEWARE! My wife and i purchased a property with Anne Laure at this agency and despite confirmation from them that the property had no Termites,when BNP Paribas our mortgage provider surveyed the property there was! After month's of going back and forth the agent asked my wife and i to pay for the treatment which of course we refused. We decided after consulting with a local surveyor that we would withdraw our offer. Anne Laure then said we would get our deposit back under French law within 3 weeks. That was in October 2015 and to this date 09th February 2016, we still have no refund! Anne Laure has advised us that we will someday receive half of it back....We are still waiting. I would advise UK buyers in particular, to be careful purchasing a property though this agency.
