Instead of a real bed, you get a fold out sofa.

Good value for money, big studio with fully equipped kitchen (2 cooking plates, dishwasher etc.). Decent breakfast. Free parking in front of the building. Some bathroom fixtures were broken and the free WiFi is very annoying to use.

Half hour walk from the centre. Rooms have a fridge and little kitchen. Nice hotel if you don't need a lot of luxury but can enjoy a pool.

Not bad

The cleanliness is not great, probably because they require guests to clean up after themselves so they don't have to, and the previous guest is probably not putting their best effort into it.

Problems with having hot water. Very bad wifi (no connection in the room) and poor quality breakfast. I don't recommend that hotel.

After living in and out of large dormitories in hostels for two weeks having a private apartment was a godsend. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from the downtown core it is situated in a very quiet area. Buffet breakfast for 9 Euro is decent and the staff are very friendly. I'd recommend it.
