Terrible airport for general aviation...If at all possible avoid! Handling services there are basically non-existent, made our 3 passengers wait almost 1.5 hours while customs waited for 1 inbound airplane that hadn't even landed yet. During this time, handler didn't even have required paperwork on hand so when customs agent finally arrived, had to spend more time waiting. I believe 2-3 airplanes landed there within a 10 hour time period throughout the day. For an airport not busy, they sure don't have any idea what they are doing and then gave us attitude about it. Not helpful in any way! 1-star rating is too high!

The worst airport ever.
It´s far from paris (2 hours) and not even accessible by highway...
The service sucks, nothing to eat or drink apart from super expensive vending machines. We arrived there 1 hour before check-in and the airport doors were closed... so we waited outside without even a bench to sit... this airport should be closed for passengers flights. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This airport is NOT FOR PARIS!! The name of this airport is misleading!!! it is not a Paris airport at all. It is utterly confusing to foreign travelers. The airport name should be changed. (my friends bought tickets to this airport not realizing where it is located. and who would blame them?). Cela ne montre aucun respect pour les touristes qui visitent la France. Que voulez vous gagner a les induire en erreur ainsi?

Arrived early, the AirPort was closed, had to wait outside for 35 min in very cold weather (0 C)

The Paris bit is 100% marketing for travelers who are unaware of the real Paris airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly. Also, rubbish services and rude staff. Thank goodness Paris has real airports that are near the city!
