AVOID this hotel and management team that apply heavy discrimination against our guests! We booked a suite with king bed at this Chateau using one of the largest booking website. However, upon arrival, hotel staff rudely arranged a room in a totally different building, which was FAR AWAY from the chateau and looks in a style much like Holiday-inn. This hotel never even posted any pictures or descriptions of this off-site location in the booking website. We complained to the staff and requested a switch to a Chateau suite as we booked. Manager indicated that only guests booked directly with the hotel deserve their stay in the chateau, but not those booking from a third-party website, such as Hotwire, Expedia, and Priceline. While we threatened to file a complain to the Attorney's Office, they made another bad excuse that no room currently was available. In fact, there should be LOTS of rooms available, per our estimate of total count of guests on that premise. EVERYBODY SHOULD AVOID THIS UNETHICAL, CHEATING, AND DISCRIMINATING HOTEL!

2 eme séjours dans ce magnifique établissement et toujours aussi satisfait, personnel courtoie et ambiance distinguée literie de rêve, chambres aux diverse style mais toute similaire dans leur classe et leur confort.
Un endroit ou on prit l'habitude de revenir pour échapper au stress ou tout simplement en séjours romantiques.

Room was very spacious and the view of both Lake Annecy and Mont Blanc was incredible. The grounds were being maintained. The staff was friendly and excited to make your stay enjoyable.

Cadre magnifique avec une cheminée gigantesque. Patron au service et très abordable. Chapelle du château à ne pas rater

Der Charme eines Schlősschens des alten Landadels. Erstklassige Bettausstattung ( Matratze, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken ) sehr komfortabel. Fauteuils und Stűhle sehr niedrig ebenso die Toilette. Eben wie damals.. Alles sehr gediegen. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird der Kleiderschrank (klein und im Bad) zu einem kleinen Problem. Die Kűche ' besser: cuisine - basiert auf ausgesuchten lokalen Produkten, z.B Entenbrust eines weiblichen Tieres, deshalb superzart. Oder das geschmorte Rindfleisch im eigenen Saft und die feinen Geműschen... zum Schwàrmen! Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und deshalb ist dieses schlősschen, mitten in einer sehr schőnen gepflegten Kulturlandschaft gelegen - ein Kleinod. Man muss nur wissen, dass alte Landsitze einen anderen Komfort bieten, der nicht undingt den Standard eines modernen Hotels bietet. Relais & Chateau eben.
