Placed in a relatively quiet street in the medieval town, the attention was very personal, the staff spoke English well, and the good was good. We particularly enjoyed the cheeses, especially the melted one. The 14-month aged jam was too salty for me.

In the town but slightly towards the edge of town. This is a lovely little restaurant, the menu is fairly small and basically a deli, the meals are mainly a selection of meat, potato and cheese. The price is reasonable, the service is brisk and everyone is freindly and cheerful, so a fantastic place to eat and relax. You are packed in so it is a little crowded but this adds to the atmosphere. Well worth a visit. Even just to watch the meat being cut up....

So you have to understand that the menu is essentially variations of deli meats, cheese, salad and and potatoes but it is excellent. The service is great, and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely recommended as something a bit different if you're in Salat.

Lovely family run restaurant offering delicious plates of cold meats and cheese preparations garnished with salads and potatoes. Great desserts and a fantastic value for money wine.

Nous avons réservé suite aux avis dithyrambiques des internautes.
Nous avons été quand même un peu déçus, le plat de "résistance" était un peu léger (les tranches étant coupées très fines -ce qui est normal - quelques tranches supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenues ! avec un jambon, il y a de quoi en faire).
La qualité est là, les produits sont frais.
Notre avis est globalement positif et nous le recommandons.

À ne pas manquer pour le décor, l'assiette super garnie, les produits d'excellente qualité et la serveuse aimable gentille et qui ne perd jamais son sourire

Service très sympathique et rapide, charcuterie fraîche et savoureuse dans un cadre agréable et à prix très abordables, je recommande chaudement!
