Great wine beautiful scenery - the proprietor from the USA has gone native here in the amazing Languedoc and the wines are made on a very small scale all handmade by the very small team of locals. The range of wines is impressive, Rendez Vous sur la Lune was a favourite, unique fruit with mineral backbone. We even had a great Cassoulet across the street in what was once the old school but now a charming auberge.
