Very interesting smaller attraction in Paris! This contains the cell where Joan of Arc was held prior to execution and has lot of information about that and about small prisons like this in general. Highly recommend for an off the beaten path experience.

Good not crowed place to know a bit about French history and the revolution.

Rich history, with a fun interactive augmented reality tour

If you're a history buff of Marie Antoinette or the French Revolution then this is a spot you must see. However, when it comes to some of the other museums in Paris this one just ranks average. If you see this along with sainte-chapelle , that makes for a pretty good afternoon because everything is within walking distance.

Definitely worth the visit -- not as busy as most tourist destinations, but extremely historic.

O.k. to visit if you have some time to kill (unlikely in Paris). Just a huge, empty hall and empty Kitchen to see. Marie Antoinette's prison cell was not available due to apparent renovations etc...

The history of this place made it a must see on our trip to Paris. It was a quick stop as renovations are underway and the cell from Marie Antoinette was not available to us.

There was interesting information about the revaluation but might not b worth 9 euro

Well worth a visit - amazing architecture and the location of Marie Antoinette's final imprisonment. Use a ParisLib pass and skip the ticket lines

Couldn't enter prison halls but no one told us.
Paid 4€ to see just an entrance hall and use the toilet. The administration were rude when I asked how to access the prison cells by pointing to their eyes and saying "read the sign". They should make the sign clearer, wherever it was...

Small museum with significant historic moments inside. Plan to spend an hour or so in there. Use your museum pass.

Related to Paris' history as a Revolutionary Tribunal, this medieval royal palace is a great parisian heritage filled with cultural artifacts. Go see it!
