Staff service is not good. Some of then are impolite. I had problem with my room and they didn't changed this , Just mixed me up.

I stayed here while traveling with a group. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. The staff was welcoming and helpful. 4.5/5, would stay again.

Poor service . Even being a Marriott platinum member no breakfast was offered. Stale furnishing. Far away from Paris . No good Restaurent near by. Avoid !!!!

This hotel is nice.
Good service but in summery just too expensive.

Therefore , it is okay.
The location is okay.

Its average. Hence the rating. Fine if you need to stay in that area.

If you include breakfast and parking and a dinner you are easily down 250 euros for an ok bed.

Wonderful hotel, clean rooms with nice environment. Has many ammendities. Nice restaurant downstairs. Enjoyed the stay very much.

For the price they lied and said its in Paris.. its not, its in a dumpy area called St. Denis. The area did not seem safe and was more than 10 miles from Paris. The traffic was horrendous and the staff told me it wasn't safe to park on the street..

Great hotel; clean rooms, knowledgeable staff, French eye-rolls are included. Would stay again
