Newport Bay is a decent moderate hotel around the small lake behind Disney Village at Disneyland Paris. It's in the best shape it has been in quite some time after receiving a recent refurbishment. During our stay the staff were all nice/helpful, rooms were sufficient (though we found the beds a bit hard) and the facilities were very nice. In the rooms we really would have liked a coffee pot or hot water pot, something you will find in rooms at the Disneyland Paris Hotel. The fitness center was above average and it has a pretty good pool. We were disappointed in the breakfast buffet--at about 40 Euro per person it's about the same price as breakfast at the Disneyland Hotel Shanghai and Disneyland Hotel Tokyo, but with fewer options, no true fresh coffee (all from an automatic machine), no fresh eggs (aquarium size trough of prepared egg product), no fresh fruit (only a bowl of mixed fruit salad) etc. We would pick the nearby Sequoia Lodge over the Newport Bay, but its still a good option with the benefits of a Disney hotel within walking distance of the park.

Usually I'd stay at Sequoia Lodge when at Disney, but Newport Bay was a really nice change. It's much more modern and has a nice nautical theme, plus is only 5 minutes from the parks. There are bars, shops and a restaurant within the hotel which is handy too. Only downside would be the pillows, which are much too high, but this is the same in all the hotels. Would definitely come back to this hotel over the others!

The hotel itself it average to good. It's mass production of four star. The ideas are there, the desire to deliver is there, but the quality and execution is lacking. Without the extra magic hours bonus it's not worth the price. It's a 10 minute walk to the front gates of the park. Rooms are smaller than average. Bathroom items are particularly lacking in quality. Beds were good. TV is a bit small for a modern family room.

Our room was smallish, for the price we paid it could have been large but it was adequate. Upon arrival we discovered the bed spread was badly stained/soiled, took it to reception who took it but we never did get a clean one. Daily room cleaning was minimal.

We stayed here in October with a 2 year old and it was really nice. Rooms were clean and newly refurbished ours was on the 7th floor so got tea and coffee facilities in the room not sure if all rooms come with this. We didn't use the restaurants so can't say what they were like, if/when we come again we would definitely use them. Our room over looked the lake and it was so quiet and peaceful at night it made you forget that you was even at Disney. Would Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially when you have a child that wants to be in the park straight away.

The hotel is fabulous and very close to the parks. The room was comfy and we'll maintained to a high standard. The staff were always helpful and it was reassuring they spoke English otherwise we would have struggled more. The hotel pool was very good with a lifeguard to supervise. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we appreciated the buffet breakfast. We would certainly stay again when visiting Disneyland Paris.

I've stayed at the Newport bay a number of times and it's always great. Rooms are always spotless, the only complaint is that the bathrooms could be nicer and breakfast is no longer included at the hotel and can be costly to add. Staff are absolutely wonderful at all times. I visit disney regularly and I would like to try the other hotels but the Newport bay is so good I'm worried they won't live up!

I am appalled by the Disney's lack of customer service and values to their customers. We bought 4 transfers from CDG Airport and missed the transfer due to the plane been delayed. almost 3 months on still fighting to get a refund and Disney are refusing because we didn't get a receipt from the Taxi at Midnight with 2 tired Children been dragged around the airport, I didn't think to get one!!! Reported straight away at Hotel and messed around. We were then told that Disney would see that the shuttle voucher wasn't used and a refund would be issued- STILL WAITING and they refuse to give us our money back because we don't have a receipt??? It wouldn't matter if we'd walked we DIDN'T get on the Shuttle didn't use the 120 Euro Voucher and just want it refunded. wait weeks and weeks for correspondence for nothing and can't talk to anyone...........
We wanted to visit again this Christmas but forget it, terrible customer service can't speak to anyone and NO ONE cares.............Shame on you Disneyland Paris you have ruined the Magic for me and my family, fighting for a refund. Loved our stay and Hotel but won't come back if we don't get a satisfactory result from our complaint, we spent hundreds of pounds whilst there and you are just been unresponsive and difficult for No reason at all. We have provided every detail and you can see the plane was delayed and the vouchers were unused. I tried every night to speak with the concierge whilst there to resolve it but they were not interested either.

It is only a five minute walk to Disney Land or you wait for 20 minutes for the bus.

Room was spacious and kept clean. Buffet style restaurant with a seafood theme. The bar has nice cocktails and lovely decor. The concierge team assisted with arranging for birthday decorations to be placed in the room. Character meet and greet available in the lobby next to the shop. Disney Express service worked wonderfully for our Eurostar journey. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, quiet similar to Disney's Yacht and Beach Club in Orlando. There's a few restaurants from which to pick, with the Yacht Club being a favourite. The bar offers some good views over the lake, towards the New York New York Hotel. Rooms are on the small side, but reasonably equipped I wouldn't be able justify paying more to have a view over the lake, as while it's a pleasant view, you don't particularly see that much from most rooms. The pool is nice, if quite busy for much of the summer.

Third time in this (what I consider to be the best) Disney hotel. Good buffet in the restaurant, comfortable rooms with great beds. Simply good, no complaints on the infrastructure.
During this visit there were some remarks however. On our arrival at the hotel, there were no parking spots available. We had to circle the parking lot for 45 minutes, to end up parking the car completely illegal. For such a large hotel, the parking lot is disappointing. Also, we had booked rooms with meal vouchers. Due to the bad weather, my 3 year old nephew got sick (increased temperature of 39.8 degrees Celsius). The hotel restaurant was completely booked. After discussion with the hotel management, no alternative could be offered. I expected to exchange the vouchers for some room service but that wasn't possible. In stead, we could PAY for some room service, or go to the Disney Village (which is the other side of the lake) to get some food. Both were no option for us, as it's inappropriate to take a child with a fever out in bad weather, or pay twice for food. We ended up with losing the vouchers, as they expired. Extremely disappointing experience. Hospitality below expectations.

Really enjoyed our stay. We booked a Compass Club room and it was well worth the extra money. The food at breakfast included things such as smoked salmon, cold meats, a range of pastries, cooked breakfast (scrambled egg though, not fried), and you could eat as much as you wanted. In the afternoon the club also opens for snacks - basically loads of pastries, chocolate deserts, cooked ham, bread etc...there's even a container full of smarties to scoop up. A turn down service in the evening - chocolates included! So a great addition for a fuller experience. The hotel is quite close to the train station although you have to go through the Disney security barriers to get into the whole Disney complex. Wheels on your suitcase would be handy as it's about a ten minute walk to the entrance. All staff have been lovely! Will come back.

My wife and I had dinner at the Newport Bay's Yacht club. The service at the restaurant was friendly, courses were well spaced, and our waiter was extremely personable and worked to make our meal special. Top marks to all of the staff. While the food was very good, the biggest problem with the restuarant is the extremely limited menu selections for meal+ voucher holders. While I enjoyed the appetizer and dessert, the main course selections were simply too limited. If I could do it again, I would splurge for the next meal category. Overall, a very good experience that is somewhat held back by the menu construction.

Amazing hotel at Disneyland Paris. The place was clean and had lovely hot breakfast. We stayed in a compass club room which had 2 double beds, new bathroom with shower over the bath. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We had an great view of the lake from our room which was a good way to start the day. About a 10 minute walk to the park gates through Disney Village

Buffet for breakfast is the same old thing day after day, although there is plenty to eat, service is good but very crowded. Dinner buffets were good, again very crowded.

Friendly staff, most speak English. Check in is fast but not if there is a long line up. Heavy security, you must go through screening every time you enter.

Stayed here 3 times now on separate visits to Disneyland Paris. Accommodation is well kept and maintained, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Good selection available at breakfast, though never ate here at night as the menu is quite pricey compared to the restaurants a short walk away in the Disney Village. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well, towels are provided so you only need to take your costumes. There is also a small steam room and sauna available for use.
