Today we had the opportunity to visit Domain De Chevalier with Mademoiselle Margot, a very nice and professional guide. Thank to her we could discover every corner of the winery and she was very happy to show us how consciously the winemaking process makes their wine (especially the white version) so special. I personally had one of the greatest visit in Bordeaux area. Don't miss it!
