I am scared to death of Dentists, and a new country and language in top of it don't make it easier...but Alexandre was patient, took his time with my many nervous and annoying questions, he knows what he's doing and speaks excellent English. The sand blasting teeth cleaning method is creepy at first, but totally worth it!

I had an appointment for a polishing teeth. I arrived to the consultation, he did an Xray first and says that first consultation is only to know the patient, so I didnt have the polishing. I was charged 53 euros and sent home with a quotation for 187 Euros if I want to have a cleaning next time. I have lost my time, paid 53 euros for nothing and got a lecture on how the health system covers this or that. VERY DISAPPOINTING. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL

Great, friendly dentist! Very informative and very clear in his explanations of treatment as well as speaking perfect english and french. Highly recommend.

Dr. Baroud and his staff were genuinely concerned about my well being, as they could see that I was in pain and needed emergency treatment. They were friendly, professional, on time and I immediately felt at ease. I highly recommend their services. Dr. Baroud also speaks English, which made communication so much easier, as I am from California and just beginning to learn to speak French.

Travail bâclé, j'ai du presque tout refaire par un autre dentiste. Lorsque je me suis plainte, il m'a répondu qu'il n'étais " pas à la hauteur de mes exigences"... Et inviter à ne pas hésiter de le recontacter si j'avais besoin d'autres soins.
