Beautiful tower but seriously there is other landmarks that are special too! But this one when you go to the top you feel great french feeling in the air and the upscale restaurant was delicious! Yes it is a landmark just like the Tokyo tower for Tokyo, Eiffel Tower for Paris! Very similar! But anyways it was beautiful and pretty feeling that can fascinate you! Enjoy guys!

Having visited Paris umpteen times over the last decade, I thought it was high time I visited the Eiffel tower. At this time of year, the queues to access the elevator to get to the top are very short and quick to get through (albeit several queues: first to pass security, second to buy a ticket, third to enter the elevator, fourth to access the second elevator to the top, from the second floor). The views across Paris are phenomenal and well worth the 17€ ticket (can get a cheaper ticket to visit second floor only but if you're visiting the tower, might as well go to the top!). A small room is kept upstairs, belonging to Mr. Eiffel himself, make sure to peep a quick look through the windows. Heading back down to the second floor, it's quite fun to take the stairs whilst descending for a different view of Paris. Remember to check out the clear glass panels on which you can stand, on the first floor. Great day out for families or even by yourself!

Anniversary at Eiffel Tower

I suggest you visit during the sunset hours, the views up there are amazing.
If you visit with your love one, this is the first thing you should do, it's an amazing experience.

An Ultimate experience awaits you here. Mark my words, you would not be disappointed at all.
This is one of the most magnificent, marvellous, stunning and appealing monuments around the world.
No doubt so as to why this is the most visited paid monument in the entire world.
Try to visit it twice: once during daytime, and second at night.

The lights are on until 3am but during every hour on the dot, the lights start blinking for 5 minutes, it's a beautiful spectacle.
You can actually go inside and just look at the Eiffel Tower without paying but if you want to go to the middle or top then you pay, we went two times, the first time we didn't go to the top, we just went to take pictures and sight seeing, you can do both and you'll never get bored, just like the Empire State Building, you're outside, you can take pictures or record from up there with no issues at all and there's no time limit while you're up there.

Paris is so beautiful. One of the best places to view the lovely streets and parks is from Mr Eiffel's Tower. Here's a little known secret: Eiffel built a guest room near the top of the tower. Important guests would visit. Most of the Tower is wheelchair accessible. Public transport is best.

One of the great, iconic structures of human civilization. Being here, whether it's for the first, second or even third time, still retains it's magic. The line (and price) for getting to the top is really quite fair. The views from the top of the tower are stunning to say the least. If you come here during the Christmas season, you will see a gorgeous array of lights decorating the eiffel tower. This is one of the places you have to visit at least once in your lifetime. I highly, highly recommend.

Such a beautiful experience, this is one of the bucket list of thing to do and it's all worth it, Paris is called the city of love and I can see why, starting with the Eiffel Tower.
Such marvelous place, how big and beautiful it is in person, I mean you can't put it into words you have to see it with your own eyes.
My wife and I took the elevator to the top, it only cost 15 Euros, you get to stop in the middle and look around, they have food and gifts in the second floor then you can take the elevator to the top where you can see all of Paris, a beautiful sight at sunset and night.

Went on a cold night....waited about 35 minutes to get inside. Once inside we didn’t wait for an elevator. Took one elevator half way. Took some pictures at the half way point. Then only waited about 5 minutes for the next elevator to the top. The view at night is amazing. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

While I absolutely love the Eiffel Tower for its history, architectural prowess and it's beauty I wouldn't recommend climbing up. Why? Because similar views can be got from a few other locations without all the drama and waste of time. We went up at a time when it was considered to be quiet. And despite that we had to queue up for around 45 minutes for a security check that only allows you into the Eiffel Tower area. Then we had to queue for another half hour to buy our tickets to the first and second floors of the tower. Another security check and a 10-minute queue got us into an elevator to the second floor. Once there we had to queue for an hour and a half to buy tickets to go to the top. If you fancy being stuck 150m high with screaming, I'll-mannered children everywhere and even more ill-mannered parents (a reflection of our times) this would be your dream come true. On the other hand, the tower can truly be appreciated from the riverside just below, especially when it lights up at about 8pm. Hop onto one of many river boat pubs, grab a glass of wine and soak in the beautiful Parisian atmosphere that movies are made of, while enjoying views of the Eiffel tower. It really is remarkable. At 11pm it breaks out into a show of sparkles for 5 minutes.

Magical place. I waited for more than an hour in the line just to get to the ticket counter and then half an hour more to get to the lift. It was worth every penny. When I get to the top, I felt like I'm in the top of the world. The view from there is mind blowing. It's winter so a bit cold. But my God, if you are a thrill seeker or adventurous it's a must. It's one of the best man made landmarks in the world and it rightly is. Never forget it.

If you don't see this when you're in Paris then I'm not sure what to say... definitely a must see when visiting Paris and something you won't forget for a lifetime. After seeing this iconic tower in movies and photos growing up, it was truly magical seeing it in real life. Although, for some strange reason, I thought the tower would be bigger. What's more french than eating a baguette at the Eiffel Tower? I would recommend buying a nice crusty french baguette with prosciutto and soft cheese to picnic at the park. There's a nice bench right underneath the tower where you can sit, relax, watch the birds, and of course enjoy the beauty of the Eiffel Tower.
