Horrible service! I've booked car on their website and payed 100 Euros for rent. When I came to take my car, they couldn't deposit money from my card. I asked they and their customer service to refund my 100 Euros that I've already paid, but they refused me.

Service is just like in the states-- they sell you insurance and they care about providing excellent customer service. Most of their cars are manual and not automatic though. Got a free upgrade because they didn't have our reserved car. Well dressed and friendly staff. They work hard having such a small team running the whole branch. Guillaume ( not sure of the spelling of his name) was very honest and informative.

So she said the the graze at the centre of the two dent and graze was new , in fact it was old graze most probably it happened when the original grazed was done.

I selected this company because their price was the lowest in Carscanner apps. But this is not a reliable company as they'll find all ways to make you pay extra, you got to be very very careful with their hidden terms & conditions. I paid for my lesson and will NEVER NEVER rent a car from this company again.

It's really very difficult to trust people nowadays especially me and my partner are very trusting.
