Méfiez vous de la jauge d'essence et de la malhonnêteté de l'agent !
Nous avons justifié le remplissage du plein à la restitution et produit la facturette en conséquence! La jauge présentait un écart de 2 millimètres, nous avons contesté la manœuvre et après dernière avis de l'agent au comptoir avons reçu confirmation qu'il s'agissait certainement d'une erreur de jauge. Plus tard dans la journée nous avons reçu un appel nous exposant que 13 litres de carburant nous seraient facturés en supplément. Voilà une belle escroquerie au consommateur !!!!

I was a little confused by this location. My parents rented a car here and the woman who handed over the keys was telling me they all have to work with English as all the documents, even on their computers, are in English (she even showed me) however when they came to drop the car off the man didn't speak a word of English so my parents needed me to come in and translate so I couldn't help but wonder if he was just being difficult or rude as I would image it's a requirement for their job based on what the previous employee had told me. That being said, if he wasn't required to speak English, that wouldn't be such a huge deal either all things considered. Aside from this, I didn't feel as though there was much attention to detail. They had prepaid to have a GPS in the car and after all was said and done they still had to go back inside and ask about the GPS as there wasn't one included in the vehicle and the one they grabbed from inside wasn't fantastic. The battery didn't hold a charge, it seemed rather old and outdated... and they did say at the end of the trip it wasn't great. Not a terrible experience just not as customer service based as some other locations we've used around the country.

pas de location de voiture possible dans cette agence.
ils vendent essentiellement des voitures.
nous y avons atterri par erreur suite à une réservation sur le site d'europcar.
cependant nous avons été bien accueilli

pas cool , il vous font signer le contrat sans que vous vérifier l'État du véhicule.
