After so many rentals with Europcar here I had a tremendous disappointment. They say one thing and do another, they tell you that you are wrong even if it is written in the documents that you're right.

You'll wait a lot, get lots of extra fees and in the end you'll pay way more than on other options.

Toulouse airport: Bad experience, had to wait a long line when the vehicle was reserved and all prepaid online. Then received 2 additional invoices a month later that were charged directly to my credit card without notice, "Premium Station Surcharge", no phone number to call them and the invoice says I had 14 days to challenge the charge. STAY AWAY FROM EUROPCAR

Diabolical. We tried to pick up a van from this company on a Monday afternoon only to be told the office was closed from 12 -2 for lunch. This was at five past 12. It was like something out of the 1920s. The staff there, particularly the woman with the long eyelashes were unhelpful and rude. Avoid this company.

Get ready for lines and extra fees.

Other renting companies queues were empty but impossible to cancel due to Europcar policies.
No discount.

We waited in a 45 minute line with 2 people servicing customers. The reason the line was so long is they do a "hard sell" on you trying to get you to take auto insurance, breakdown insurance, you name it. Buying my car was easier and less time consuming than renting a car. Clearly their employees work on commission for how much they can upsell you. Terrible terrible avoid.
