Pire, il précise qu'une option remplissage de carburant est possible et GRATUITE.

Service rapide et accueillant. On a mis 5 minutes à obtenir la voiture. Il est conseillé de réserver à l'avance pour que ce soit rapide, vous n'aurez qu'à signer le contrat de location.

Deux semaines plus tard, je reçois une facture d'un montant de 65 euros pour avoir activé l'option (sans d'ailleurs l'avoir utilisée puisque j'ai rendu la voiture avec le plein d'essence).

Europcar office in Tours Saint Pierre des Corps does not have a parking space dedicated to return the car. I had to look for a parking space around the train station and then walk to the Europcar office to return the keys. There was no parking available, I lost 1/2 hour driving around the station and then I had to leave the car far away from the train station.
Unacceptable that Europcar does not have a parking space dedicated to their cars near their office.
