Good location next to Poissonnerie metro station, and about 10 minutes walk from Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord. Streets and neighbourhood felt safe. Room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was below average and not well managed - unless you get a cheapy discount, I recommend you have breakfast in the surrounding cafés. Free Internet worked pretty well but you have to keep logging in with a username/password.

Luggage Got Stolen By Hotel Staff:
As a part of a class reunion tour, we stayed for two days in Paris, at the Eurostars Panorama Hotel on 9, Rues Des Messageries. After checking out from the hotel, hotel reception staff put in storage 9 labeled bags, and gave us 9 tickets, while we went for short walk before leaving the city.
Two hours later, we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags, they gave us seven; we showed them the nine tickets, and hotel staff said: "We don't know, you are out of luck".
In other words, if you stay at the Eurostars Panorama Hotel be prepared to buy new clothe. They did take advantage that we had no time to fight, it because we would risk of losings our flight.
Our TERRIBLE experience at this hotel in Paris, doesn't include references that for two days we stayed there, there was not a working heating system, they had to give a small electric heater to cope the super small cold room. The included breakfast was very limited, and of poor quality; I strongly recommend finding better alternatives.views

A bit of a language barrier but great hotel ! Our room was big ( we got the triple singles ) quiet and pretty comfortable !
bed was a bit too firm for us but we really enjoyed our stay in Paris !

Alright place. Not the best area but close to Eurostar terminal, but not too close. No iron in room. Decent A/C.

Friendly and helpful staff. The Room was missing a couple finishing touches. Location was great.

ALL staff were absolutely amazing, always willing to assist and really contributed to making our stay in Paris a memorable one. Good location being close to the metro which connects you to city center in less than 20 minutes.

In general, good, just the lady that is in the breakfast service is unpolite
