Not what I expected, but a huge selection of table crockery, some of which looks as if it has not been handpainted, but transfer prints applied. Possibly not even local. Prices were very high and not enough staff, people were packing their own items. Very popular though.

6 stars if there were such a thing! From Oklahoma but been to the Gien factory store/boutique many times. Well worth the trip! Be prepared to pack your own merchandise and transport it yourself. There is no shipping available. Places like this don't easily exist in France. They do not have the "consumer mentality" of Americans. This is the real deal, tho. The prices are fabulously low and the quantity of merchandise is amazing.

Fermeture du Musée pour restructuration non indiquée sur le site. Pas cool. Par contre 30% sur 6 pièces achetées. Bon, ça ira pour cette fois.
